First, after picking you up in Reykjavik metropolitan area, we stop over at the "Hellisheiðarvirkjun" Geothermal Exhibition. Located at one of the world's largest geothermal power stations, the exhibition provides an in-depth look at how Iceland harnesses this clean and sustainable energy source.
We then take you on our 4x4 vehicle to the backroads of Reykjadalur Valley. We then hike to Reykjadalur valley and bathing in its hot springs is an incredible experience that showcases the unique natural wonders of Iceland. The hike itself is relatively easy, taking around 20 - 30 minutes to reach the valley.
After bathing, we take you off-roading on our modified 4x4 vehicle through rugged terrain that includes crossing a river multiple times. Crossing rivers in a 4x4 vehicle provides a unique perspective of the country's rugged landscapes, and the experience can be both exhilarating and challenging. We do a short stop at a private mountain hut for some refreshments before heading back to Reykjavik.
